Delicious! Shoo Shoo Baby present a heady cocktail of sparkling comedy and retro-glamour in their Edinburgh festival hit show Delicious! “Hilarious, a sheer delight” Scotsman. Delicious! is a musical cornucopia of original songs and wittily arranged cabaret favourites such as Cole Porter’s classic Anything Goes (albeit in Chinese) and the brassy belter Big Spender. A quirky rendition of Tea for Two rubs shoulders with an exquisite performance of Un Bel Di from Madame Butterfly. Also in the mix is a generous helping of Meat Loaf courtesy of Bat Out of Hell! Written by BBC’s Hannah MacKay and Jake Pilikian, Delicious! is the comically twisting tale of two divas determined to realise their dreams of fame & fortune. (Songs include: We Share Everything, All By Myself/Live Alone And Like It, I wanna Be Loved By You, The Chocolate Song (original), Donald Where's Yer Troozers, 500 Miles, Want To Buy Some Illusions, Wind Beneath My Wings and some original songs). |

From Berlin to Broadway was originally Commissioned for performance in Berlin and recreates the smoky mood of the notorious Kit Kat Club. The naive Shoo Shoos attempt to trace the history of cabaret from it's grimy roots in Berlin to it's sensational promotion to the Broadway stage. In addition to a stunning rendition of All That Jazz, the show also features witty new arrangements of songs from the musical Cabaret and numbers made famous by Marlene Dietrich. The show climaxes with a bit of table tap-dancing from the audience and a hilarious multi-lingual rendition of New York, New York. Expect great singing, lashings of mascara and more costume changes than a Diana Ross concert! (Song list includes: Bei Mir Bist Du Shoen, Mein Herr, Cabaret/Wilkommen, Love For Sale, Please Don't Talk About Me When I'm Gone, Don't Fence Me In, I didn't Know The Gun Was Loaded, Theme from Good, Bad and the Ugly, Woman to Woman, Lullaby of Broadway). |

A Winter Wonderland: Even Scrooge might raise a smile at this show! This is an unashamedly sparkly Christmas celebration and features fresh new arrangements of well-known songs such as Jingle Bells, A Winter Wonderland and a tongue in cheek rendition of Santa Baby. There are also gorgeous unknown gems from the 1940’s such as Angie The Christmas Tree Angel. The audience gets plenty of opportunity to participate in the “giving”, but for those who just can’t take too much Christmas, there’s plenty of festive-free material to keep them happy. (Song list includes: There's No Business Like Snow Business, Favourite Things, My Lean Baby/Mister 5 X 5, Walk Like An Egyptian, Caravan, Rivers of Babylon, The Old Bazaar in Cairo, A Cigarette & A Silhouette, Sabre Dance). |
